The Mediator must be totally objective
The Mediator must also be totally objective in evaluating the information obtained from participants by thoroughly study. The mediators must maintain an objective and ignore the attitude regardless of the emotional reactions he may actually experience or simulate during a questioning session and he should not divert by emotional speeches. Without objectivity, he cannot be achieved success about the information he obtained by discussion with clients. He must be confident and solid approach techniques effectively. He must have exceptional self-control to avoid displays of genuine anger, irritation, and sympathy of participants.
